Beginning Sounds Tracing Cards

Description

Beginning Sounds Tracing are an excellent way for preschoolers and kindergarten students to practice phonics while learning letter formation and other writing skills!

Each card has an upper and lower case letter for the child to trace with their finger or with a dry erase marker. Each card also has a picture with the beginning sound, so children can practice phonics and writing by doing the following:

~ name the picture (example: “train”)
~ say the beginning sound in the picture (example: “/t/, /t/, /t/”)
~ name the letter (example: “big T, little t”)
~ trace the letter with finger or dry erase marker if laminated

This set of tracing cards cards comes with six cards for each letter, plenty of practice to keep children interested and to keep a literacy center full and busy.
